The primary effort of New Product Source is to seek out business leaders who desire, once "again," to make American Great! We believe that we have the ingredients for a ANOTHER industrial revolution!

The "system" is built around a UNIQUE conversion "period" that we call “Multi-Stage-incubation." This is a "proprietary" system created by NPS. It is a "short" production period that turns new inventions into actual products that have been PERFECTED to precisely match the corporate skill-sets and production capacity of the company we chose to build the product.

As mentioned above, the new products are primarily developed by US military veterans, active duty and direct family members of vets. Inventors desire to contract with New Product Source because of the greater assurance of product success. Inventors can expect greater royalties as NPS "fine tunes" their inventions because of the NPS multi-stage system. NPS moves the product through, and past the TYPICAL invention's common clumsiness period of, “it looks good, but will it sell”?

NPS never charges inventors anything! The second major difference between NPS and the common university commercialzer is we DO NOT TRY TO TURN INVENTORS INTO CEO's!

NPS earns from making inventions successful by making the invention READY for the marketplace! Then we introduce the invention to an already successful CEO! This greatly increases the opportunity for success!

Yes, primarily our objective is commercialize products that are invented by US military veterans or direct family members of veterans. But, we will also consider any invention that will create employment for Americans. But, the invention must fit the production and skill-sets of a company that operates their business based on Christian Bible principals.

The NPS “incubation” system is designed to provide whatever it may take to make an invention ready for the marketplace. We do all this in exchange for an equity position in the product. NPS is responsible for royalties to the inventors.

But the question still remains, will the invention sell? Will an invention be successful in light of history that indicates there are very few that make it to the marketplace.

That specific question is the primary reason for “investor” doubt that can only be overcome by demonstrated market demand. That is where our unique system will do its job!

NPS supports the chosen rural production partner who will do the hands on work of production! NPS will also fill in whatever business discipline the producing partner may not possess! This can be marketing, distribution, management, funding, manufacturing, etc. This brings the product through success levels of actual sales before it is released for full production!

NPS believes a good invention deserves to experience a certain degree of sales success as an actual product. Then it will attract a larger marketplace company for possible joint venture or public offering. NPS believes in planning for success otherwise failure will be the default! CURRENT PROJECT

NPS is presently concentrating on the incubation of products that are designed for the residential backyards. We have found the perfect marketer for the state of Missouri. It is The Building Mall of Kimberling City, Missouri. It is the regional retail outlet for “veteran” developed products that are designed primarily for the residential market of “backyard” environments. NPS believes TBM is the perfect sales organization to prove-out the product values.

TBM & NPS are presently looking for a management/owner arrangement that will make the MALL, employee owned. The mall has the capacity to expand to five additional regional areas of Missouri. NPS has contracted to provide 12 new products for TBM distribution over the next 2 years!

NPS has been successfully testing this marketing system with TBM since 2017 and has seen great evidence of product acceptance. This means of “primary” sales during this first leg of the “incubation” period provides important buyer feedback. We call this phase of the process STAGE ONE!

Data from "actual" retail sales provides solid evidence of market acceptance. This conversion of the invention into a sustainable product makes it worthy of going to the "next" level in the marketplace.

As we all know, there has been a worldwide supply issue. In order to provide our own dependable supplies of products and product components, NPS is also opening production facilities in “rural” areas of Missouri. Some of these facilities may only produce components for the products for final assembly elsewhere. NPS will build the plants and they will also be employee owned and operated.

The plants are expected to be either a general assembly plant, or a fabricator of components that will be shipped to a NPS assembly plant. The finished product will then be shipped to the sales locations of The Building Mall.

We are in complete "ONE ACCORD" as we all have the same desire to make each product successful. This will help all of us bring America back to being the entrepreneurial "world leader" in product development and economic sustainability!

During the STAGE ONE period, NPS arranges funding and any other business discipline that may be required to assure the product's success! BUT - There is one very important aspect that NPS cannot possibly provide; the "PASSION" for the success of the product!

Every new product requires "passionate" interest from the "driving force" of the product! The person or company that we call the driving force is the "main" person that sees the value of the product and believes in it strongly enough to put all his corporate efforts into it. This is usually the manufacturer or marketer. Their workforce community should also be passionate about their mutual success! NPS has a way to bring it all together in such a way that EVERY worker is on board!
